General Principles

Fees are set with complete transparency, based on the complexity of the case, the urgency, and the work to be performed.
Pricing Methods
Flat fee
A single, comprehensive fee covering the entire service.
Hourly fee
Billing based on an hourly rate of €150 per hour.
Fee Agreement
- A fee agreement is established after the first appointment and once the mandate entrusted to the firm has been validated.
- The agreement is not mandatory in cases of urgency, full legal aid, or when flat fees are paid in full at the beginning of the service
Services and Indicative Fees
(VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code)
